Additional Terms: By agreeing to these Additional Terms, Attendee(s) agree that Crude Association San Antonio (CASA) may retain, distribute, or use any and all Order Form information for any purpose, including but not limited to contacting Attendees, creating an Attendee distribution list, or providing contact information to other Attendees or event sponsors. Notwithstanding, credit card information shall not be retained by CASA. Further, Attendee(s) shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CASA, it’s stakeholders, its respective affiliates and all of its respective officers, directors, partners, members, volunteers, and employees from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/ or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or in any way related to this event, including claims for loss or damage to any property, or for death or injury to any individual.
